First of all, this study provides an overview with respect to official CMMI efforts in Turkey. In addition to past and present, from the industry perspective, the study endows the specifics of the organizations officially appraised on the subject of CMMI. The subject study characterizes and categorizes the pertinent organizations to draw certain significant and meaningful conclusions. Furthermore, the study comes up with a number of interpretations specific for Turkey. It compares Turkey with other prominent actors and comments on the relevant findings for present and future.
