Integrating the measurement activities for multiple quality standards can be a daunting task on paper and in practice. When an organization's separate quality initiatives were unified together under one quality umbrella, this is exactly the challenge that was faced. This presentation will review lessons learned from a case study on the integration of measurement activities for ISO 9001, AS9100, and CMMI-DEV Maturity Level 5. From differences in terminology to use of data, this presentation will walk through the steps taken to develop an integrated approach to measures, as well as the next steps in that task.
