ERP International completed the journey through CMMI DEV Level 2, 3, 4 and 5 between 2011 and 2017, achieving Level 5 in February, 2017. ERP is continuing its journey by achieving Services ML 3 as of September 2017 and is on the path to achieving Services ML 5. Throughout this journey, ERP has learned many valuable lessons, as well as reaping many benefits, unique to its position as a Small Business Government contractor.
