About Us
We currently have two CMMI Institute-certified CMMI Lead Appraisers, one CMMI Institute-certified Introduction to CMMI Instructor, and three CMMI Institute-certified CMMI Candidate Lead Appraisers. We have already completed 34 CMM CBA IPI Assessments and 11 CMMI SCAMPI Appraisals. Currently, more than 15 clients are being provided training, consulting and appraisals by us. The significant strength of ours is the capability to provide deep training on software engineering and process improvement, especially on project management, lifecycle and resource model, software measurement and metrics, PSP, risk management, etc.
