Fangde Software Process Improvement, Inc. provides IT training, process appraisal, consulting services and related supporting toolkit to software organizations. Fangde is a professional group which mainly focuses on research and practice of software process improvement, such as CMMI implementation, total process management, software measurement and statistical analysis. Fangde’s parent company, called Fundamental Software Ltd., focuses on developing operating system, embedded software and SPI related toolkit, and owns a large-scale developing team conducting continuous SPI inside. Under this background, consultants in Fangde get more experience in applying SPI. Moreover, our methodology framework known as Fangde Quality Solution and the SPI supporting tool called Qone aim to support software organizations to manage their processes with lower cost and higher efficiency. In 2008, Fangde won the Award of Recommended Services Providers on Delivery Assurance in China; and Qone won the Award of Recommended Product of Delivery Assurance in China.
