MDM offers CMMI V3.0 appraisals and consulting for the Development, Services and Suppliers domains. Dr. Richard Waina, a Certified Practitioner CMMI, founder and principal of MDM, has over 40 years' experience applying information technologies to defense, industrial, and commercial organizations. He holds a DoD Secret clearance, has worked with corporate and division Software Engineering Process Groups and Process Action Teams, and has conducted over 250 appraisals in nine countries, working with both small and large organizations. In addition to benchmark appraisals he offers gap analyses and evaluation appraisals covering the Level 2 and Level 3 Practice Areas which will provide an organization with insight into its current state of practice implementation relative to the CMMI, and recommended actions and next steps.
