Process Strategies, Inc., founded in 1992, provides process appraisal, consulting, and training services to software and systems engineering organizations. Our consultants have in-depth process improvement experience and have been authorized Lead Appraisers since 1991. We are licensed by the CMMI Institute to provide SCAMPI appraisal and CMMI training services. We improve the efficiency of appraisal teams with FIDO, our appraisal data management tool. We also offer Accelerated Process Maturity (APM) services to help organizations jump-start their improvement efforts. APM integrates process guidebooks, training, and consulting to leverage an organizations internal resources. This results in greater cost effectiveness, improved quality, and reduced risk.
