At The Process Company, LLC (TPC) we like to say that process is our middle name. Everything we do has process as its focal point. Our Process Improvement practice has developed its own process templates and project management framework to help our clients when necessary. The process templates were built on concepts from the Capability Maturity Model (CMM and CMMI) using industry standard approaches to build a well proven set of processes that can take your development organization up through CMM/CMMI Level 5. It includes all the components necessary for an organization to operate at CMM/CMMI Level 5. One of TPCs greatest assets is the development of PRISM. PRISM is a TPC developed process improvement tool. PRISM is a complete process improvement management system and is effective in monitoring process improvement progress and for helping facilitate appraisal related activities.
