Mary Sakry and Neil Potter are co-founders of The Process Group, a company that has consulted on process improvement since 1990. They are both certified Lead Appraisers for the SCAMPI and Benchmark appraisal methods and instructors for CMMI V1.3 and V2.0 (development and services). Since 1990, they have improved the performance of more than 470 companies covering the U.S., U.K., Switzerland, Canada, India, Germany, France, Czech Republic, Singapore, China, Saudi Arabia, and Japan. They are the co-authors of Making Process Improvement Work - A Concise Action Guide for Software Managers and Practitioners, and Making Process Improvement Work for Service Organizations, (Addison-Wesley).
