Reconciling traditional management concepts with Agile self-organization is challenging. This presentation will discuss the use of maturity models for various engineering domains (e.g. Software Architecture, Software Testing) and how Halfaker and Associates used these engineering domain maturity models to find the sweet spot between top-down engineering management and Agile self-organization.
