Dr. Brian P Gallagher, Senior Vice President, Operational Excellence

About

Dr. Gallagher is Senior Vice President of Operational Excellence for CACI. He is responsible for CACI's delivery methods and continuous improvement.

Previous positions include Director of Engineering for Northrop Grumman, Director of Acquisition Support at the Software Engineering Institute, Deputy Software Engineering with the Air Intelligence Agency, Chief Engineer on the Range Operations Control Center at Cape Canaveral, program manager on the Titan Launch Program, and software engineer with Strategic Air Command.

Brian earned a PhD in Systems Engineering, and an MS degree in Computer Science. He is Six Sigma trained, PMP certified, and is certified as a CMMI SCAMPI high maturity lead appraiser.
