About

Kevin is a CMMI Practice Leader, Certified High Maturity Lead Appraiser and Instructor. He is a Contributing Author to the CMMI v1.3 and a member of the Leadership Team for CMMI V2.0. He has over 35 years’ experience in Systems Engineering and Project Management delivering complex large scale Cyber and C4ISR systems.  He is a sought-after speaker who has worked in or traveled to over 40 countries. In addition, Kevin has led numerous organizations to SW- CMM and CMMI Maturity Level 3, CMMI Maturity Level 5 and responsible for numerous sites being both ISO and AS9100 registered. He is a 1981 graduate of the United States Naval Academy and a retired Naval Flight Officer and martial artist. He lives in Silver Spring MD with his wife, Irena and has two sons who are both Engineers.
