Conference Track: Manage Your data for Peak Performance
Enterprises across the globe are undertaking digital transformation initiatives to position themselves for success in the future. The intersection of technologies such as the Internet of Things (IoT), analytics, big data, cloud, mobility and artificial intelligence require companies to rethink their business models to meet growing customer and competitive demands. The key change for change transformation is switching focus from just technology to “managing data as an asset” across the enterprise. In this session we’ll discuss the basics of the digital transformation and how the CMMI Institute’s Data Management Maturity (DMM) Model and program provides the foundation to manage a sound data management function in support of transformation initiatives.
