About
Rajlakshmi Krishna has 17 years of experience in Process and Delivery Excellence, Process definition, Testing, and Delivery management. Currently she leads the central delivery excellence function at Accenture Technology Centre India, providing specialized support to start-up projects in Accenture India, helping them set up processes aligned to the CMMI framework, metrics, and tools.
Rajlakshmi holds a Master’s degree in OR & CA (Silver Medal) and has completed the Executive development program at Massachusetts Information of Technology. She is currently pursuing New IT technologies, the latest one being Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence, based on the curriculum followed at Accenture.

Conference Track: Innovative Approaches with CMMI
Problem Statement: Enhanced Value derivation from project management functions in ever changing project environment has been a daunting challenge. Artificial Intelligence as a technology enabler is explored here for addressing this challenge.
Solution Overview: Project Management functions are dissected at various phases right from initiation to closure to identify Value Pools. Value Pools are the identified points where key value derivation for project management function exists. These are then prioritized and mapped to potential improvement areas by leveraging NEW IT possibilities.
