Shawn Presson has written software, led systems development projects, and guided organizations in improving their way of working. After 30 years in the IT industry, his primary driver is that he loves to remove impediments, hating to see good people set up to fail. Not a purist around any given tool set, Shawn works with agile methods and conventional models based on empirical evidence of what works for a given organization.

Mr. Presson is a certified instructor of the official Introduction to the CMMI for Development course, holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) certificate, and is a SAFe Program Consultant (SPC4), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), and IC Agile Professional.
