As a Consultant, Trainer, and Lead assessor in the areas of ISO, SW CMM, CMMI, Six Sigma, and Software and System engineering disciplines, Mr. Tumu has experience in the areas of Service Delivery and Management, Capacity and Availability management, Service Continuity Planning, and Incidence Resolution and Prevention.
