Participants will learn and apply via exercises: • The 7 rules of process design and development • What problem to solve, and why • The process IS the product • Process system requirements, user stories, and users • Process design • Process modeling workshops and VSM This course is designed to quickly form persistence and habit through rapid sprints of LARC – Learn, Apply, Reflect, Change. Participants who submit to Mr. West samples of their current processes in advance will receive on-site diagnosis and improvement recommendations. Participant Profile This tutorial is designed for professionals who have responsibility for developing, deploying, monitoring, and maintaining organizational standard processes and processes or quality management systems.
