Alicia joined
Accenture Technology in 1996 as her first job, initially working for a CMT client. Later joined the Spain Delivery Center, first in AD and AM Host centric projects, for multiple Financial Services clients, and years later moving to the DEX area focusing in processes design, development and implementation.
In 2003 she moved to the DEX area in the Accenture CIO department, where she moved through different roles, ending up as DEX area lead.
In 2017 she moved back to the Spain Delivery Center where she is currently working in the DEX area.

Conference Track: Business Results Through CMMI
Our Next Generation Delivery and Innovation Center in Spain provides services through a network of 2100+ professionals working in 8 locations. We started our trip at CMMI in 1999 and since 2003 we have maintained level 5. We have passed the last SCAMPI in July 2017. Our main challenge to address is the continued growth of the center. Since 2014 we have increased 25% the number of projects managed and 80% the amount of resources working in our units. Today we have more than 60 active managed projects. We must also maintain the focus on optimizing and seeking efficiency with our process assets, sustaining the institutionalization.
