About
Bruce Hofman has been leading improvement activities for more than 20 years. He has been a CMMI Institute Certified Lead Appraiser since 2005. He has conducted more than 200 appraisals around the world, learning from all fields and sectors about the practices of leadership and process improvement from practical experience and observation. He has held high levels of leadership in business organizations. He is currently working on his doctoral program in leadership development, where he is creating a new training program to help leaders develop their skills to lead organizations successfully into the future.
