About

Kieran is a certified HM Lead Appraiser and trainer, and has conducted appraisals and training in many countries globally.

Kieran has extensive experience of applying business improvement principles in many different settings, using a variety of frameworks. This has included all three CMMI frameworks and also a range of ISO standards plus the EFQM Business Excellence Model.

Kieran draws on over 20 years experience as a software engineer, quality manager and project manager to inform practical business improvements. Much of his initial improvement work was in telecommunications, but defence, banking, education, outsourcing, government, retail and financial services have also featured.
