SPEAKER PRESENTATION

Developing Level 3 Capability in Small Organizations

Conference Track: Business Results Through CMMI

How do we simultaneously manage product and service delivery in a small organization, while developing sound maturity level 3 organizational processes? Building effective processes that do not overburden delivery teams is a constant challenge in smaller organizations, where minimizing costs associated with development tasks is typically a business driver. This presentation discusses innovative solutions and experience implementing tools and techniques to develop, deploy, improve, and monitor delivery in teams where members fulfill multiple process roles. The presenters discuss the use of Microsoft SharePoint as a centralizing approach to minimizing these challenges and improving adoption.
