Sripathy Ramachandran has an MBA (Systems), is PMP certified, is a Provisional Assessor for Automotive SPICE (by inTacs), and is a certified functional safety engineer. Sripathy has over 20 years of overall experience in the IT industry. Sripathy has performed multiple roles during his tenure spanning across the entire software lifecycle. Sripathy has experience in various process models and standards such as CMMI, Automotive SPICE, ISO 26262, and DO-178B standards. Sripathy is a Practice Lead & Principal Consultant at KPIT. He has been instrumental in driving process excellence by adopting industry best practices within KPIT and automotive industry in the recent years.

Automotive OEMs integrate supplier components, perform vehicle level test, prior to successful launch. During integration, functionality failures are observed due to missed requirements. The failure points are mostly observed at the OEM / Supplier interfaces. This presentation describes on how to maximize efficiency, the OEM & supplier need to focus on the interface points from both management & technical perspective. It is important to establish an effective and robust method in early stages of the engagement in order to achieve success.
