About
Michael Shrove, also known as Tommy, is the Chief Engineer of the COLSA Software Factory at
COLSA Corporation. Mr. Shrove works with engineers, designers, and the leadership staff to help guide, brand, and design the next generation products and technology for the company. Mr. Shrove started in the COLSA Software Factory in 2014 and grew the software team to over 40 in less than two years while achieving both ISO 9001 and CMMI-DEV ML3. Mr. Shrove also has multiple ethical hacking certifications. Mr. Shrove has over 10 years’ experience in software engineering and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineer and a Master’s degree in Software Engineer from the University of Alabama in Huntsville.
